~ Onsite Event Coordination ~

An onsite event coordinator is available to assist
the bride and groom with planning their big day. Tina has been working
with Faith, Hope, and Charity since its inception, so she
is familiar with the grounds and the preferred vendors.

Event coordination services are available in the following packages:



Classic ($300)
  • One hour consultation, two-three
    weeks before event
  • Two hours at rehearsal dinner
  • Nine hours on event date
  • Oversee all vendor commitments
  • Manage timelines and checklists
  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal
    and party
  • Be your eyes and ears throughout
    the event


Elegant ($600)
  • The Classic package, plus...
  • Meet with bride and groom after
    event is booked
  • Help design budget and create
    binder for planning
  • Suggest and work with preferred
    vendors
  • Unlimited contact for ideas and
    information
  • Make "floor plan" for day of events


Fairy Tale (8% of total event budget**)
  • The Elegant package, plus...
  • Full service consulting package
  • Meet with bride and groom for event ideas
  • Contact vendors to plan event based
    on bride and groom's wishlist
  • Create unique event package selections
  • Plan for bride and groom to approve
    vendor arrangements
  • Unlimited phone and email contact for questions
  • Weekly and monthly meetings
  • On call for assistance Friday 5pm - Saturday 11pm
  • **Only applicable for weddings with total
    budget greater than $20,000
