About the Event

Melissa Botten of Seva Fresh Farms is bringing her wealth of knowledge of local Farm to Table Food, regenerative agriculture, and delicious clean eating to you! Join us for a class where you will be able to make a sourdough starter, sprout micro-greens, and make salad dressing & marinade. This will be a demonstrative and informative class, where you will be able to sample all of the goodies, and make them for yourselves. These are cultivated products that you will be given all necessary supplies for to continue the process once you go home. That way the fun doesn't stop here!

During class, you will be able to taste sourdough bread, sourdough crackers, cashew cheese, microgreens, and dressing/marinade. As a bonus to your sourdough kit, microgreen kit, and salad dressing/marinade jars, ingredients, and recipes that you will be bringing home; you will receive as recipe to the prized delicious cashew cheese.

We hope to see you out here for a fun afternoon, Melissa is a fantastic teacher and will be showing you how she's got it all. Good intentions. Good vibes. Good things.
