Founded in 2015, THE HWY 97 BAND is the hottest classic rock band in Central Oregon! All four members are seriously talented musicians with Gene Rogers on lead guitar and vocals, Chad Petersen on keyboards and vocals, Patrick Foreman on bass guitar and vocals, and Mike Carson on drums. The foursome performs exciting versions of classic rock songs with an amazing versatility and a huge repertoire with influences ranging from artists such as Journey, Huey Lewis Billy Idol, Dire Straits, Johnny Cash, Bon Jovi, Grand Funk Railroad, Aerosmith, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, Doobie Brothers, The Rolling Stones, Lynard Skynard, Jethro Tull and dozens more.
