Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Chef Chris's culinary journey has taken him from the kitchens of downtown Bend to the heart of Charleston, South Carolina, and back to Central Oregon, where he now runs one of Redmond’s most beloved dining spots.

With a passion for locally sourced ingredients and a flair for re-imagining seasonal flavors, Chris brings his signature “Modern American Freestyle” cuisine to the vineyard for one night only. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with our estate wines for a true celebration of Pacific Northwest bounty.
